Maddie is the best barista! She’s super helpful and friendly! We love the organic coffees at Galindos. They have a great selection of healthier and gluten-free baked goods. Everything I’ve had has been super delicious! I prefer cozier vibes at a coffee shop if I’m going to sit down and/or meet up with friend, and this location is pretty modern. Therefore, I’m usually just popping in for a to-go order, and it’s always efficient!
I had such a wonderful experience at Galindos Coffee and Elixirs! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the drinks are absolutely exceptional—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly respectful, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A special shout-out to Madi, who helped me during my visit. She was so attentive, friendly, and patient. I tried this coffee shop while I was waiting for my cat at the nearby vet. I had a vanilla latte and it tasted great! Not too sweet and very delightful. The baristas were very friendly and knowledgable about the menu. They were having technical issues so I couldn't go inside but they were very accomidating. Joey took my order and even brought it outside to me while I was waiting which was very thoughtful. They were very nice and I appreciated their up and beyond customer service!
Galindo’s is one of MY FAVORITE COFFEE SHOPS. As a massive supporter of local/family owned establishments, this coffee spot hits all the right marks. - First thing you’ll notice right when you walk in, is the huge friendly smile & welcome you’ll receive from the barista. Joey especially puts the extra touch by remembering your name which always makes you feel special . Go see Joey, she’s amazing!! - Food & coffee are both exceptional. Some coffee shops have good coffee and ok food. However, Galindo’s has great coffee and very tasty food & freshly made pastries. - The environment is perfect for working and/or hanging out with friends. They have a full bar so you can enjoy a cocktail or coffee. Overall the atmosphere, service, food and coffee makes Galindo’s the type of locally owned place you want to get behind.
This is the best coffee shop in and around The Woodlands. The ingredients they use and the people there to serve you are top quality. Madi is an excellent barista and crafts the best drinks!

One of my favorite places, sure the coffee is great…the ambience, the culture, and yes the food there is delish. Kudos to the morning superstar Madi for always being the constant in the mornings when I come by early in the day.
